Location update: Renaissance vs. Mumford football game

Dear Renaissance/ Mumford Students and Families:

This is an important message regarding the Renaissance vs. Mumford football game scheduled for Friday, October 2nd at 5:00 p.m.

Please be advised that the game has been moved from Mumford High School to the Detroit Lions Academy football field.

Due to safety concerns and out of an abundance of caution, student attendance will be restricted to current Renaissance and Mumford students only. Eligible students will receive a wristband from their school and must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian and present appropriate school identification for admission. Any student who is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be admitted to the game and must leave the school campus immediately.

Wristbands that have been altered, transferred, or tampered with in any way will not be accepted. Any teenager attending as a family member of a current student or with an alumnus who has a ticket must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please be advised that group or random running, fighting, or any other behavior that disrupts the game or creates a safety concern will result in immediate removal from the event and may result in disciplinary action.

We appreciate your cooperation and partnership in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our students, families, staff, and community.
